Before I became a real estate agent, I was an owner. For twelve years I built my own portfolio, in three countries, with my own money. I learned what works. What does not. How to read a property. What to ask before anyone signs anything.

Then I got my license. Not because I needed a career, but because every lesson I paid for myself is a lesson you should not have to pay for.

I did not learn real estate from seminars. I learned it risking my own money, in three countries, over twelve years. Buying, renovating, renting, holding through cycles.

I paid for my own mistakes. That is why I know what kills a deal and what nobody asks until it is too late. Those results are my own and historical, and they are not a promise about yours.

Today, as a Professional

I stay after the closing, when most agents have already disappeared. You get criteria, order, and every date under control.
