Before I became a real estate agent, I was an investor. For more than a decade, I built my own portfolio across the international markets. I learned what works. What doesn’t. How to spot opportunity. How to structure deals so they WIN from day one.
Then I got my license. Not because I needed a career. But because I realized every lesson from my personal experience could change someone else’s financial future.
My history:
2010-2024: The Investor Years
I didn’t learn real estate from textbooks or sales seminars. I learned it by risking my own money. Buying properties that others thought were risky. Holding them through market cycles. Seeing them appreciate. Renting them out. Building equity.
I made mistakes. Expensive ones. I learned faster than any course could teach me. I learned what valuates a property. What kills a deal. What makes an investment actually work for you, not against you.
By the time I hung my license, I had one thing nobody else in this market had: a personal track record. Real results. Real portfolios. Real wealth built in real estate.
2024: The Professional Years
More than a year ago, I decided to take everything I learned as an investor and put it to work for my clients. Not to sell them houses. To build them portfolios. Not to close a transaction. To create long.term partnerships.
Today, every client that walks through that door gets the benefit of a decade of personal investment experience. They don’t get theory. They get strategy. They don’t get promises. They get results.
